game doesnt boot with LIVE default xbe

aquired the files to system link with a 360, but forza does not boot with these files

from all my dash's it freezes at the dash loading screen (or black screen) before any game footage apears on the screen

ive tried changing the language trick, clearing my cashe, setting the time... nothing has worked

the only question i wonder is does it matter if you use a pal xbe with an ntsc copy? i dont know which region the live xbe is from.

my copy of the game is ntsc

any help (such as an ntsc live xbe) to try and solve this would be nice

well i sent my xbe to someone with an ntsc box, and it worked for them, so..... maybe its a bios issue? on my next day off work im gonna try using the same bios he has and see if it fixes it, if not, i have no f'ing clue what it could be
