Police Nissan Skyline GT-R V Spec II

I don't fell like requesting but I tried to follow the tutorial on this forum and no matter what lol I can´t never make my tga files transparent at all they always get some kind of color on the background. So if anyone willing to help me get a police car done I would really appreciate, it doesn't need to be a specific country police car just one police car with badges and stuffs like that .

I just tested the link.... it works, you just have to wait 30 secs to get a download link...

that's strange, I noticed the 30 seconds delay but when the download link appear to me it downloads an HTML page that links again to the same file, I cant seem to get the rar file from there.

I got the same kind of problem in megaupload, so nevermind I fixed after I figured about it. really thx again.
