Is it not possible for you to do yourself?.......There have been tutorials and tools given out, you have to consider that most Forza players have now gone onto Forza2 and may not want to go back to Forza now.
Also try asking on Xlink/Xbox Connect for any modders for Forza to help you, that's judging that you have Xlink or XBConnect. There may still be some 'old school' people still thriving there.
