If I'm there, I'm there, though I think 15 laps is asking a bit much.

OK, it looks like there is some interest! I think until we have a good solid group, we'll schedule a race for every other week. I was very busy the past week and had little time to give cars/tracks any thought. I will try and solidify these by the middle of this week and possibly schedule the first race for next week (1st week of June).

Sorry for the delay. I'm in the middle of changing jobs, which is requiring a great deal of my attention. I will have the first race day, time, car, etc. posted by the end of next week (June 9th).

OK, let's schedule the first race for Thursday June 22nd (Time TBD). We will run two races, the first race 10 laps on Silverstone. The second race will be either 15 laps at Rio De Janeiro, or 3 laps at Nurburgring. We will use the same car for both races, however, the first race, the car will be stock, the second race, the car will be fully upgraded.
The car will be the 1984 Ferrari GTO. For the first race, the car will have no upgrades (tuning is allowed) and will be an A2 car. The second race, all upgrades are allowed, as well as tuning. For the second race, the car will be an S1 class with all upgrades (tuning is allowed).
I just ran a test lap at Nurburgring with a fully ugraded GTO. It handles well, but may need traction control for those of you whom like to mash the gas.

sounds good renthal.......one question
im not sure I understand the no upgrades(tuning allowed) part
then its just tire tuneup or can you install parts like transmission/differental/suspension and just not tire, power or weight

No upgrades (tuning allowed) means you won't be able to purchase anything new for the car. It will be 100% stock, but you can change tire pressures, etc.
