Well I have been busy lately and didn't think I'd have the time to complete this theme, I finally managed to finish it off this morning after almost a month of doing nothing with it...... 
I enclose the PNG files for anyone who wishes to edit them in Photoshop.
The XPR file as always goes into the file-
XBMC/skin/MC360/media
