Hi, I thought I’d share some pics of my cars. I haven’t sorted out the debug on my xbox yet, so they are taken on my camera, but you can see them ok. My cars aren’t as technical, or perfect reproduction of existing real world cars (except my police car) like some of the sweet paint jobs on this forum (props guys, some of those are very impressive and must have took some time!)
I am no expert on photoshop, and my cars are quite basic, but I did have fun making them so I hope you enjoy seeing them.
This is my Ferrari 355 Chalenge which is a tribute to the late and great Steve Irwin. I simply layered the car with a textured crocodile skin. It is very simple, but I think Steve would be proud. “God Bless Ya Mate!”
This is my F1 inspired B.A.R Honda “Lucky Strike” CRX
This is my Volvo S60 R, I was inspired after being pulled by the local rozzers for going a little too fast on my way home from work. I found some pictures of the livery of the local police force (South Yorkshire) and their badge. I set about recreating the car, and was pleased with the result
This car came about just after the Steve Irwin car. I was modding Subaru Impreza WRX sti and everything I did just seemed to look, well, chavey (a chav is a uk derogatory term for people of a certain tracksuited culture) then I realised that I should just go with the flow, and gave the car it’s very own “Burrbury” tracksuit. I give you the mighty Chavmobile.
This is a car that was inspired by the late “modern artist” John Hoyland. I went to see a retrospective of his work at the Tate, and created this car in tribute. It is a bit Pretentious, but like Hoylands art, it’s original and striking, and shows that there are no limitations to paint modding in Forza.
Thanks for looking guys!
